### PLANBEE Project

**Project name:** PLANBEE -Promoting Local Apiary Networks and Bee Entrepreneurial Excellence

**Project in brief:** PLANBEE aims to revitalize rural communities across the Mediterranean region by leveraging the economic and ecological potential of bees. It will empower youth, women, and local entrepreneurs in Cyprus, Egypt, Italy, Lebanon, Palestine, and Jordan. Through training with mixed reality tools, sustainable practices, and professional support, it fosters a dynamic “Bee Economy.” The project promotes product differentiation via branding and smart hives, while regional offices expand Apitourism through new and existing HoneyBeeRoutes.

**PLANBEE** is a call to action\_ bees are our only Plan B for a sustainable future. It will lead to new businesses, increased employment, sustainable rural growth, and a stronger environmental culture through community-based initiatives.
