# Supporting Home Enterprises:Jerash’s Beekeeping Eco-Tourism Initiative

![](https://handinhand.foundation/hubfs/6.png)

As part of our ongoing support for emerging community development projects, Hand in Hand for Economic Empowerment and Entrepreneurship conducted a field visit in collaboration with the Higher Coordination Committee for Women’s Program Centers to Bisan Tourist Apiaries in the heart of Jerash – Barma Village 🐝🌿

During the visit, we learned about the unique experience of linking eco-tourism with beekeeping, and how such initiatives can contribute to supporting the local economy and empowering home-based enterprises.

At Hand in Hand, we believe in the importance of networking, exchanging expertise, and highlighting success stories—especially those built from within communities that inspire others toward growth and sustainability.
