**Hand in Hand for Economic Empowerment and Entrepreneurship (Jordan)** invites** qualified and independent external financial auditors** to submit a proposal for auditing expenditures incurred under the PlanBee project, co-funded by the European Union through the Interreg NEXT MED Programme. The audit will cover the entire project implementation period and shall be carried out in full compliance with Interreg NEXT MED rules and procedures.

**Hand in Hand for Economic Empowerment and Entrepreneurship** is a registered non-profit organization with the Ministry of Social Development in Jordan since 2021 (Registration No. 2021251100229), dedicated to empowering women, youth, and refugees in marginalized communities through innovative economic and social programs that foster entrepreneurship and create new opportunities for sustainable growth. Guided by a strong conviction that sustainable development can only be achieved through collaboration and strategic partnerships, we believe that economic empowerment is a cornerstone for advancing social justice and driving long-term positive change. Our efforts focus on enabling women to play a stronger role in decision-making and community transformation, with education, training, and knowledge-sharing as essential tools to enhance individual capacities and strengthen active participation in the labor market

We are committed to empowering women, youth, and refugees in marginalized communities by providing training, fostering networks, and supporting small and micro enterprises. Through these efforts, we nurture entrepreneurship and unlock opportunities for sustainable economic and social prosperity.
